Guys, sorry for this absurd question,

I am thinking to replace the EAH5770s I have in my system with ASUS' ENGTX560 TI DCII TOP, since I have a smaller mATX system I am kind of size limited at this point. Several wesbites say the card is 9" which is the same size as 5770s, but I think Hardware Canucks report that card is 9.75", does anyone know the exact card dimensions for ASUS ENGTX560 TI DCII TOP?

John I saw that but didn't trust it for some reason. Especially after seeing Hardware Canucks review. I will order them, Newegg reports the same, if it doesn't fit I will send them back.

I have another question about the power consumption on this card, MaximumPC says card is pulling 313W at full throttle.

Is this 313W pulled by card itself or it is max power pulled by the entire system with this card on?

I am confused as heck, I marked my question as solved but it doesn't look like it...

ASUS US website says 9" which is roughly 229mm. Then there is a Japanese ASUS website says 259mm which is 10.1"... Can anyone help me how large is this card?

The 313w should be at full stress test. See this review that reports 350w for the reference design (no overclock) and more clearly reports it is the full system.

Unfortunately I did not see the size listed in that review.
