Question about TOMSHARDWARE

I see people have a line like this or so....

And then here it says their SPECS. How do I do that?

Click the link that says crazy359's profile next to the logout link up top. Go to Forum Options and enter what you want to show up in the (stupidly small) text box. Also make sure that "Apply signature" is checked. Then pray it works.
