Is this url encrypted?-If yes how can you decrypt it?

There is a website called imb-plus.tv which gives couple streams of TV. I used software to get the actual stream source "url" but when I copy it it doesn't work. Could that be that this url is encrypted or something else?-how could I decrypt it?

any help greatly appreciate it.
