I have a Gigabyte X58A-UD7 rev 2.0 motherboard with Intel Core i7 980X processor. Can anyone tell me whether I can run 12 GB of 2000 Mhz memory (4GB x 3) in tri-channel configuration. Currently I have 6 GB(2GB x 3) 1600 MHz memory. If not please tell me a way to do so. The motherboard supports upto 2200Mhz DDR3 ram.
