Hey guys, so this is the build that i've come up with for my friend. He'll be ordering it next week. The system needs to be as quiet as possible without sacrificing performance. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Approximate Purchase Date: Next week, the week after that at the latest.
Budget Range: $1500 (can push up to possibly 1600 or 1700, but lower is always better)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Skyrim, WoW, GW2, LoL), Internet Browsing/Youtube, Schoolwork, etc.
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Monitor, OS
