Hi guys i have never built a PC before, but want to switch from console to pc and play games like skyrim, starcraft 2, GTA 4 and 5 when it comes out, the next cod etc

i already have monitor, keyboard,mouse,speakers and windows 7 software 64bit
i want and i5 2500 processor, spend about £300 on a GPU? whatever ill need to play those games well.
i don't know what mobo to get but i wont be overclocking, dont mind about tower something that fits everything ok dont mind about looks.
please could you suggest components, thanks.
