Solution

if you got the money, than the ti is a clear winner...in that case i would suggest http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127578

Personally never had an issue with MSI and they've given me my rebates :)
he is wrong about the ti version it is not the same card I suggest reading a review on the 560ti
5-10 more frames seems almost accurate Id say closer to 10 although Ive only actually seen (played with) the 560 non ti and 460 and there is no point getting the 560 for 30-40 dollars over the 460 because they are almost the same

Not at all the same, a category apart is more like it...460 is comparable to the 560 non ti. Same amount of cores, 336, as the 460. While the ti has 384...Though the 460 and 560 non ti have the same specs, their performance is different. Speaking from experience, an overclocked 560 non ti gives you performance right up there with the 560ti. A 460 cant do the same.

I have, and am currently using the Twin Frozr 560 non ti overclocked. The 460 overclocks but not well enough to keep up with the 560 non ti...people believe that the cards are one and the same and they aren't...the twin frozr 560 non ti out of the box has a 5-7fps advantage and with an overclock reaches 560ti and close to 6950 level in benchmarks...

The base clock of a 460 is 675 I believe the base clock of a 560 is 810
this frame rate difference can be expected

the 560 I saw was at 930 mhz it was beating the 460's above
warhead vs mode in FPS @1080 by 2-5 frames but not 40 dollars worth.
Mind you there was only a stock OC on the 560 so I will concede that maybe choosing a 460 over a non ti 560 just applies to my cheap ass

lol i feel you on the cheap ass part, thats the reason i didnt get the ti :p (being honest i shouldnt have bought a new card with me having to pay bills :p my previous 5750 held up like a champ!)

A 930 overclock is a light overclock for the 560non ti..i have mine running at 950 core with a slight bump in voltage...card can go as high a 1000 core...which would be close to a 10 fps difference to those 460's...alot also is due on the rest of the system and the benchmarks one is running so it all depends :/ I do recommend a 560 non ti as the best card under $200 since you can get the twin frozr ii version for $170 now and overclock it to compete with the ti and 6950 which are close to ~$50 more
