Can I use this graphics card using this PSU?

So according to the following website:
http://www.fsp-group.com/english/1_product/2_detail.asp?mainid=139&fid=140&proid=541
my power supply says the following:
Model Number: FSP450-60EP
Form factor: ATX12V & EPS12V
Wattage: 450
Rating: Bronze

Here's a picture I took of the label:

So I've asked a couple of questions and some say its 500w and others say its 360w.
I got this answer from a previous question I asked:
"Concentrate on the wattage coming from the 12V rail as that's what your motherboard really uses to convert it to lower voltages:
http://www.playtool.com/pages/psurailhistory/rails.html
Therefore, I would consider your sample PSU to be rated at 360W."

The video card I want to buy is a GeForce GTX 560
Here's a link to it:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/PNY+-+GeForce+GTX+560+1GB+GDDR5+PCI+Express+Graphics+Card/2734217.p?id=1218348987236&skuId=2734217&st=GeForce%20GTX%20560&cp=1&lp=2
"Additional System Requirements
Minimum 450W or higher system power supply;"

I meet all the other specifications, but I want to be sure my supply can handle it.

I believe I have two PCI-e 6-pin power connectors.
These are the connects

What CPU is being used and is it being overclocked?

The GeForce GTX 560 will typically draw a maximum of 13.6 Amps from the +12V rails during gaming.

If you were to run Furmark or OCCT GPU stress testing the current draw from the +12V rails will increase to 17.7 Amps. That's almost at the 18 Amp limit specified on the power supply's label. That could trip the over-current protection circuit depending on how the PCIe connectors are wired to +12V rails of that power supply. Just don't run Furmark or OCCT GPU stress testing.

I have an AMD Phenom II x4 840T Processor 2.90GHz.

If you recommend I buy a better graphics card and a new power supply unit, what would be the best without me bottle necking?
