However, just like the old i7 line on socket 1366 they are expensive compared to the mainstream CPUs on socket 1155, where the i7 2600 would do well for you, it beats the AMD CPU in all but a few highly threaded tasks. (comparison to i7 3960k) Here is an article on FX-8150 in which you can see that the mainstream i7 2600 is superior. Upvote 0 Downvote
