Ram loose in ram slot.

Hi everyone!
I have a question.
When i start PC,Can RAM stick be damaged if it loose in Ram slot ?I mean the clips ram slot didn't close.

I doubt it, if any of the connections are lose, it should just not work. I did the same thing 2 years ago, and both my RAM sticks still work, so no damage there. In short, it does not damage the sticks.

I'm using ASUS mainboard with 2 Ram sticks.Ram slot have only one clip.When i install it,i forgot close the clip
Then i replaced it and its fine now.
