Sabertooth x79 - Using all 3 PCIe slots

I haven't purchased parts yet, but I'm curious if this is possible. My future rig will run on a Sabertooth X79, I'll be running Radeon HD 7870s in crossfire. Can I still use the third PCIe slot for something non graphical? In this case I'm talking about a wireless nic.
