Would recommend a cheap, decent mobo for me?

Hi Guys, I'm about to build a system as followings. I'm not a gamer and would use it only for programming. I'd oc for CPU(4.5ghz app.) and use the cpu-integrated graphic(HD 3000). So, I would definitely go for z68. I was thinking of asrock ext3 gen3. Any better choice withing same budget, given my purpose of this system?

Yeah. It would since you don't need much in a motherboard. You just need a normal motherboard and this is it.
