hi i have a question gigabyte g41mt s2pt will this mobo support a 1333mhz ddr3 memory 2nd will it sipport a pci 3.0 card

Yes, it supports DDR3 up to 1333MHz.
Yes, you can use a PCIe 3.0 card in it. But it will only function at PCIe 2.0 speeds.

i sure it says 1333mhz oc if i put a regular ddr3 1033mhz ram will it work fine and the mobo is pcie 1.1 will it support it

Correct, it will support up to 1333MHz when overclocked, but you can still use the DIMMS. 1033MHz RAM will only work at 1033MHz.
Oops, I thought it was PCIe 2.0.
Technically a PCIe 3.0 card will work. But you will get horrible performance out of it.
