Any reason you can't shop Newegg?

this is the one of the most powerful AGP cards available. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
and to answer your question, a PCI connection can use a PCI card,, must be PCI not PCIe
such as one of these cards

if you can hold off on buying one or buy a cheaper model, that'd be best as those slots are pretty much dead in the video card category and you are paying a premium to use a dead slot not for performance... PCIe best bang for buck, AGP second, PCI third

Do you have a pci card or agp card and are you wanting to know if an agp card will fit into a pci slot or if it will fit into a pci-e slot? Can you be a little clearer?
A pci-e card will not fit into a pci slot.
An agp card will not fit into a pci slot.
A pci card will fit into a pci slot.
An agp card will not fit into a pci-e slot.
A pci card will not fit into a pci-e slot.
