No picture, MB problem?

Problem: Monitor has video card signal, no picture.
This happened before but I usualy reseted my CMOS and it worked, now it doesn't.
No video on any monitor or tv.
No beeping.
Fans spin, 2 green leds are on.
Specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~590MHz
Memory 4096MB RAM
Video Card ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti

No POST on the board? Did the system ever beep when starting it before? If you have onboard video, try removing any expansion cards you have installed on your board and plug the video to the onboard. Check to see if you get video and POST now.

I just tested my PSU with a multimeter, the readings are fine, so it's not the PSU.
The motherboard still doesn't post, the error code on the built in display on the MB is "- -" it usualy shows "F-F".

The MB won't start and one of the 3 lights turned off,tried replacing it, no luck

Have you checked the processor? Sometimes if the processor is bad the computer turns ON without any display.

I've put new paste, replaced it with a older one, nothing.

If the processor is good then there must be a problem with the mobo. Give it to the RMA if it'sunder warranty

The waranty is due.
I bought the MB when it released.
