PSU/case combo

Hello after building my new PC I have some old parts that I would like to make into another PC. I have;

Windows Vista Ultimate
120GB HDD
ASUS Maximus formula MB
EVGA 9800 GTX
4 GB DDR2 RAM
Q9450

However I'm in need of a PSU and case as I carried these over to my new build. I'm quite sure the 9800 GTX needs 2 X PCI-E power cables. So I need a case that's capable of holding quite a big fan (Arctic freezer pro size) with reasonable cooling thats and a PSU that can power this rig. However I don't want to spend much money (As little as possible). I live in uk any suggestions on good PSUs and cases for value?
