Cpu for apps

I need help deciding a cpu, im running a am3+ mobo with 16gbit of ram.... I want to hear from y'all, fx 8120 or phenomenon 1090t, both oc'd with hyper 212+.. or would just a x4 be better? Light gsmeplay, much autocad, photo/video editing, also will run 2x 1gb 6850s

dont get the fx 8120, it is not a very good chip, apart from that i cant really give any help as i only use intels

will be running 3 monitors, and if i ever want to game, i dont wanna worry about a thing, and i also got them very cheap from a friend.

i was looking at a couple x4 but didnt wanna spend $150 and wish i had bought something else.
