Thanks for your time and help everyone.

Only thing I am really worried about is the graphics card and the motherboard being compatible noticing how they have different chip sets but I don't know if that really matters.

It's good except the PSU's bad and Sandy Bridge doesn't like 1.65V RAM. Change to a reputable PSU and 1.5V or less RAM.

Do not get this PSU, it sure does have the power. But only 2 pci-e connections. Can't use 2 hi-end cards in crossfire unless u use adapters (not recommended)
