Buzzing noise in headphones when running certain programs.

Hey everyone, I just finished building my new rig yesterday. I haev an i7 2600k in an Asus p8z68-v Mobo using the on board audio. I noticed that i get a really persistent and annoying buzz whenever i run certain programs (SC2, minecraft/ other games.) There is no buzzing when those programs aren't running, is this a common problem/is there an easy fix for this?

Just want to say, I just put together this same build, an i7 2600k on a p9z68-v, and I get this buzzing sound while playing the same games.

It's really strange, and I haven't found any solutions online. After playing for a good 20-30 minutes it really starts to make you lose your mind.
