Asus P8Z68-V PRO rear audio port not working

I had to move my case and unplugged everything from the rear of the PC. When I re-attached everything, now I'm not getting any audio sound from my speakers. I checked them by plugging into the front audio (headphone port) and they work there. It's only the rear audio port that isn't working...

Any suggestions?

Things that I can think of, and really im just suggesting things,
dust or something is in the port, so blow or used canned air to get whatever could be in there,

Could have hit it or put the case down a little hard and knocked something lose?

I dont really know but hey some suggestions are better than none
