ASRock B75 Pro 3 or GIGABYTE B75-D3V?

I'm building a very low budget configuration and I set my eyes on these two boards:

I'll be installing a g860 processor. What should I consider to decide between these boards? Do the features of the Asrock hold any merit? Is the Gigabyte more reliable? Thanks in advance.
