After insallation of windows 7 to my PC the driver of my nvidia mx440 card didn't work

did you pick up the specific driver from the nvidia website?

Windows 7 nor Windows Vista supports that card. Tough break. You'll have to go with the generic video driver or get a new card.

Here's a link to the Nvidia drivers page...
When you choose the Geforce 4 MX series you'll see that Windows 7 isn't an option in the drop-down list... neither is Vista.
