ASUS P4G533 Problem

Have an HP Pavilion 305W with an ASUS p4g533 MOBO.
Current MOBO has probs... System shuts down, incl. CPU Fan after 7 min+/-; PS fan still runs.
Unplugging everything yields no joy, ergo think Bad MOBO.
I like the case and so would like to replace/upgrade MOBO.
Is this a standard mATX?

Hi, It might be a power supply issue. If still under warranty, try RMA-ing it. If not, you can try borrowing a power supply and test. What are the board's dimensions?
