I am building my first PC and I just bought this motherboard.

It's an "ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard"

I didn't buy my processor yet but, I intend on buying an Intel Pentium G860 3 GHz.

Will that work well together? Also will that mobo fit my case well?

I don't see why, though you have a intel pentium g860 which only supports 1066-1333 mhz, it will just downclock the memory @1600 mhz to 1333 mhz.
But if you're planning to add latter another cpu(i5 or i7) that memory will have at that speed.
