Motherboard Help!

I'm looking to upgrade my current gaming machine (it's been several years around 5-6 years) currently have my hands on a nvidia 560 ti card and need a new motherboard. Getting a i5-3570k but just curious what motherboards I should consider. I would like to have a motherboard that won't limit me and add key features too.

So far have this list. My budget is around $200 can be stretched a little if the upgrade is drastically worth it. Thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

  1. For easy overclocking, best chances of higher speeds overclocked, and tweaking the asrock z77 oc formula is the best.

If that's not important to you, then the gigabyte GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP4 will be the best mobo features/quality/price.
