HDMI to TV squeels when no movie playing.

Hello,
I finally managed to get audio out of my my ATI 4500 HDMI card to my TV, but if there is no movie playing, I get a loud medium-high pitched tone, like a feedback. It appears on different output settings. Any ideas?

Lowering the volume should take care of feedback if it doesn't ask again
