The XFX 650w will be more than enough power, will you be running Windows 32bit or 64bit ?

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT a crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Continuous Amperage Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most important.

Then with the minimal cost of RAM these days strongly consider upgrading your capacity to 2 x 4gb sticks.

And in that case just buy 2 lots of your 2 x 2gb kits for 42 euros.

A quality 400W with 1 6-pin connector would be enough.

Go with the 430...
