Power problem

When I plug the power cord in the power l.e.d blinks once then I try turning on and nothing happens. Wats up with this machine?

Is this your first build?
Do you have the ram in the correct DIMM slots per the motherboard manual?
Will it boot with 1 stick of RAM?
Do you have the 4/8 pin molex power cable plugged in to the motherboard?

Not my first build prob my fifth! Tried all that, no luck
