Hi guys...
I was wondering if a Gtx 580 is suitable (more than other VGAs) for video editing.
A guy on another forum told me its architecture was similar to Quadro's, therefore the gtx 580 was not so bad with video editing (even though it is optimized for gaming).
If it were like this, maybe it would be a good compromise, as i wish both to edit video and have some fun gaming.
On a review about the gtx 580, it showed how the encoding via hardware was about 20 times faster than the one on software. How does that work? (I'm sorry but i can't find that review anymore )
