Your question

B75 Pro3M vs B75M D3P

December 9, 2012 2:26:56 PM

I was planing on building a PC that I can use as a hackintosh.

On tonymacx I've read that Gigabyte boards are the best for what I'm looking for.
In the shop that's near me, there is no B75M D3P that I'm looking for. They say, they'll be getting it in a week or two.
I was wondering if I can get something like ASRock B75 Pro 3 M.
There are, however, Z77-DS3H and H77-DS3H in the shop. I don't want these two, because I like that both B75 have 2 extra Sata 6.0 ports (1 is usual for B75, so 3xS6.0 and 5xS6.0), and the DS3H boards have only 2.
I also like the fact that both are miniATX which I'm looking for, and which fits in my case.
Anyway, I was planing on getting i3 3225, the B75 Pro 3M or (B75M D3P (which is 30$ more in the store)), 8GB of Mushkin Blackline @ 1600MHz, Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm and a 520w SeaSonic SS-520GB.

My question is, for hackintoshing, can I go with the ASRock board, or should I just wait a week or two for the Gigabyte board.
