I want to enable firewall on servers with Windows Server 2003 R2. These three machine are (only one task on one machine:
1. Domain Controller
2. Running IIS6 and configured as router using only static routes.
3. Running SQL Server 2005 with Reporting Services
How should I configure firewall?

You need to identify what ports are being used for what each server is doing. From there you can determine what you need to lock down.

Google for "Domain Controller firewall hardening" or "server hardening."

What you are looking to do is 'harden' a specific type of server - IIS6, SQL, and a DC.
