Hey there everybody :)

I have a friend and he seems to be having an issue with His graphics card (possible).

The issue is, when he plays games on full performance, he hears a beep. This only happens when he plays game such as Crysis 2 (DX11), MOH, BFBC2 maxed out. It may be a graphics card issue but I am not too sure. The beep he hears is a long beep (more than a seconds, probably 2 or 3 seconds).

When he looked at his catalyst control center (AMD Overdrive) his temps are 80 degrees when gaming and on idle its around 47 degrees.

His PC does not switch off or anything so myself and him are guessing it is a GPU problem.

Can anyone help with this?

His specs are:
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6970 2GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 800W
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 8 GB
MOBO: ASUS Crosshair IV Formula Motherboard

Thank you :)
