Everything looks good but you should shop around on other websites like Amazon for an hdd. I got a Seagate Barracuda 1 tb on Amazon for $75 last week which is cheaper than the 500 gb one your are getting. Look around on different websites and you'll find a deal.

I'd consider twin 900 Mhz 560 Ti's (862 fps) which would be about $60 more than that 570 (524 fps)

I can't get behind a MoBo manufacturer that only offers two year warranty on their products.

I'd get the XFX Core Edition .... 650 watter ($55) for one GFX card, 850 watter ($90) for 2 GFC cards....the Core's get 9.5 performance ratings from jonnyguru.

The GS series is reported to be slightly above Corsair's low cost builder series which is not something I'd be using....and somewhat below the 2nd tier TX series.
