Reccommend upgrade from firegl v3100 to ?

I have a Dell Pricision 380 with Pentium D 2.80 GHz, 4.00 GB RAM, win 7 32bit system.
It has an ATI FireGL V3100 card....
On installing different softwares like 3ds max, Mudbox, AutoCad etc...I get messages to updaye the driver for the FireGL card? My computer says the card is updated?
I have found an update on the ATI website however it only supports 64 bit architecture

Help

WOULD i need to upgrade this card and if so then to what?

Check your software vendor's website for recommended drivers. IMHO, Nvidia Quadro GPUs are superior to Fire GL. I use Solidworks frequently and am running the cheapest Quadro available (around $150) sucessfully.
