press the Fn key... function keys should only work when you press the Fn key with the f1 thru f12 key combination

Im unfortunately having the same problem! The fn key is permenantly pressed, so no matter if i press or do not press the fn key, the function buttons will always opperate, so i cannot use F1 - F12 for their initial uses, only the funcion uses!!!

Can't believe I missed that. I've been looking through keyboard settings for an hour. Thanks!

It's very easy guys , just press the power button and when you see the Samsung on the screen , press F4 for long time until a new screen of resetting windows will appear . Press Backup button first to keep your Data safe snd then press Recover .
