What Motherboad is best????? Help Please.

I'm really struggling to decide on a motherboard for my new build. Keep going round and round in circles.

It will include
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40Ghz (Ivy Bridge) Socket LGA1155
Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler
Gigabyte Ati Radeon GD 7950 Windforce 3X 3072MB GDDR5
Cosair Vengeance Low Profile 8Gb (2X4Gb) DDR3 (1600Mhz) PC3-12800C9
Samsung 256Gb 830 Series SSD
Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB SATA 6Gb/s 64 Cache
Cosair 850W AX850 Modular PSU

I was potentially looking at two boards:
1. AsRock Z77 Extreme6
2. GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H

I've read so many reviews now!!! Some good and bad.

Could someone please help decide which board would be best? I would be really grateful.

Budget: Max £160
Purpose: General use and some gaming.

Happy to consider any motherboard. what would you recommend?

go with Asrock as they produce some great motherboards that can overclock well i own an Asrock mobo and have had no problems at all and the uefi bios are easy to use and navigate

thanks kenny you are the first person to recommend that board normally i get most people saying gigabyte. I've heard some not good things about the Asrock, primarily to do with their customer service - not that I'm expecting anything to go wrong.

anyone else have any thoughts about what motherboard is best on the market for my needs please?
