Its been over a year since my motherboard became faulty and i have to, literally, bend my GPU(im not using case atm) in order to boot up my pc. anyway now im looking to buy new mobo , ram, CPU and GPU but i dont know in which order. I Have:

cpu:p henom ii x2 550(normal callisto not BE)
gpu:ati hd4670(512mb)
ram(now this is really old):2gb ddrII 667
mobo:gigabyte ga-m69vm-s2

with this setup im getting decent fps(30-60) on med/high 720p(most games including crysis 2).

now i wanna know should i upgrade my mobo+ram+gpu first or mobo+ram+cpu?(gotta leave something out till chirstmas , i dont have enough $$$).
which is gonna give me better performance? I can spend around 150$ for cpu, same for gpu. looking for something to run new games(mw3 bf3 etc) on 1440x900 with decent settings/fps.

Hello wkhalifa;

Where do you usually do your parts shopping?

not really. :/  i can get parts from any shop in europe and most local stores are in 3rdie language so that wont help much. :p

and @WR2 you had "that" feeling just cuz i cant be specific about the place where i shop? prices are somewhat the same no matter where you buy(id say +-15$) so i dont get it

As for the order of purchases, my suggestion would be to buy all at once. If you can't do that now, wait.

that but thats a little bit out of my range(322€=~450$ and i have 300-350$) cpu is fine and will probably buy it however im having second thoughts about hte rest. mostly about mobo/gpu.
