Hello, I've got a Motherboard with PCI Express 2.0 and I've been looking at a graphic card with PCI Express 3.0 (Geforce GTX 680) and is the PCI E. 3.0 faster than 2.0? And can I attach the 3.0 to my 2.0?

Motherboard:
ASRock P67 Pro
a b U Graphics card
a c 121 V Motherboard

Yes, PCIe 3.0 is twice as fast as PCIe 2.0.

Yes, you can use a PCIe 3.0 device in a PCIe 2.0 slot.

As long as you are running in single card configuration (not SLI) you should not notice a performance decrease by using a PCIe 2.0 slot.

Is SLI 2 graphic cards in each their slot? Or is it in 1 Graphic card? And if it's 1 graphic card how can I see if it's SLI ?

It is when you use 2 or more graphics cards in separate slots.
