Hi, I'm looking to buy a new graphics card and I have decided to get the GTS 450

But I don't know what to choose between these two
Galaxy GTS 450:

or the
EVGA GTS 450:

I chose the Galaxy gts 450 but then when i researched about Galaxy Vs EVGA , people said that EVGA offers a longer warranty and better.

In this case though, the warranty for both are the same which is 2 years. The Galaxy GTS 450 has a little higher specs than the EVGA and also a lower price.

I just want more opinion about this since you guys are the experts.

Thank you!

EVGA is a more reputable brand for video cards, but the price/performance for those aren't good.

for $10 more you can get a ATI Radeon HD 6790. Its MUCH faster.

What resolution are you gaming at ?
EVGA is a more reputable brand, but Galaxy is good as well.

I am playing at 1900x1200,
I have one more question, with the different brand will one card performs significantly better than the other? like will the EVGA GTS 450 performs better than the Galaxy GTS450? or there won't be a change in performance?

I wouldn't recommend that card for that resolution. That card was mainly made for 720p resolutions. It does well at those resolutions but at 1920X1200, I think it can run games probably at lowered settings.
If you can expand your budget, I'll at least get a GTX 460.
The Galaxy does have better clock speeds than the EVGA, so it may be slightly faster.

haha no problem, yes I am still going for the EVGA GTS450 since the galaxy is already overclock , and I just can't really afford the GTX 460 :(  . Thank you for your advice!
