Cheap and best graphic card to play call of duty black ops

Hello,i want to purchase graphic card which support medium perforce of the games like crisis , cod black ops, medal of honor etc..
my bubget is around 4500k.

just FYI, i tried playing COD black ops on a core 2 duo clocked at 3.2ghz and it runs like crap. According to benchmarrks you want a decent quad core CPU to get good fps, for the graphics card a mid range card like a 6850 is enough for the mentioned games, a 5770/6770 will run those games well, but not all of them maxxed out.
