Now all im gonna need is a wireless/bluetooth keyboard and mouse, dont worry, i got an old dell k/m combo for the meantime.

So what do i need to make my system compatible with bluetooth/wireless?
Any hot deals on the combo?

Whatever you get make sure you get a wireless dongle with it.
Keep an eye on the blutooth stuff as they usually dont include one thinking that since its blutooth that you have one built in (which you don't).
You can buy a seperate BT adaper if you wish but it will only work with BT devices (which many wireless keybd/mice combo's are not).

yes bluetooth and wireless are both different, u could have bought a better motherboard with bluetooth included such as this http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/motherboa...

or u can get this http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/controlle... and attach this http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/networking/bluetooth... into one of the USB ports(probably the internal one) or/and this for wireless http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/networking/wirelessn...

if u just want wireless u can just get this http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/networking/wirelessn...

EDIT: and i forgot the keyboard and the mouse, here are some cheapish(?) ones:
