Asrock Extreme 4 vs Extreme 6

As the title says im debating weather to get the asrock extreme 4 or the extreme 6 there only a 15$ price difference, so if anyone can sway my decision id appreciate it, ill be buying it for a core i5 3570k cpu and i do plan to overclock eventually.

I would get the Extreme 6 between the two. I wouldn't even consider the Extreme 4 because it has shitty MOSFETs. Another alternative to the Extreme 6 I would consider is the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H; it is the best for overclocking:
