Silent Mid-Budget power supply with 80+ certification

Hello,

I want to get a new silent PS, with 80+ certification. I use integrated graphics, sono need for much power. My budget is around $50. What I have found so far are:

- Corsair CX430V2
- OCZ ZS Series 550W
- Cooler Master GX-550W

What do you suggest?

I use ocz with 135mm fan; it's very quiet; mine is only 400w, but plenty for my onboard video.

If it's a new CM model then

CX > GX > ZS

if not then its

CX > ZS (and GX isn't even in the same ballpark)

Thanks for your replies.

I'm in Europe (so newegg is not a choice), and these are the supplies I found within my budget:

- Corsair CX430V2 - 51€
- OCZ ZS Series 550W - 67€
- Cooler Master GX-550W - 76€

All other 80+ PS goes above 100€. So, should I choose OCZ? Currently I'm with an old 350W supply (so any of these have enough power), and I want to have as little noise as possible (as I usually do stuff overnight). If I also can save a few bucks with the electric bill, much better.

I read mixed reviews about the FSP, so I finally got the OCZ ZS 550W. It's not completely silent, but it's not above the other coolers on my system (8cm, 5V).
