I bought the ASRock Exteme4 back in October and I'm very happy with it. It was only $100 or $110 when I got it on sale. I could only afford an i3 3220 though so until I can get an i5 3570k I'm afraid I can't comment on overclocking. I'm very happy with the mobo so far.
You're getting kinda close to the next gen of chips comming I think (not sure how close) so you may want to look into that. They will take a new socket.

Depends on your budget these two are solid choices though mobo:GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

I would have to agree on the ASRock Z77 Extreme4. However if you have a hard time getting it you might try the Intel® DZ77SL-50K while it doesn't support SLI or Xfire it is still a nice board that should allow you to overclock and comes with a 3 year warranty.

I found 2 MSI boards reasonably priced its the msi z77a-gd65 & msi 77a-gd55 both have all the features i am looking for. Does anyone know the power phase design on them and how well they over clock.
