Upgrade options

Just wanted to get some ideas on my upgrade options. I'm looking at a budget of around $250, mostly using my PC for WoW and streaming to my TV for movies/tv shows etc. Here is what I currently have:

M/B - Gigabyte P35-DS3P

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2ghz (OC'd to 3.1ghz)

RAM - 4gb DDR2 800

GRAPH - GeForce 9500GT

PSU - Corsair 600W

MONITOR - 1680 x 1050 (not interested in upgrading)

What would be the best to upgrade and could you provide some links to suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Without a new motherboard, i only suggest this. You will see a huge benefit from this new gpu compared to your old card.

Next upgrade, i would concentrate on a new Mobo/CPU/RAM upgrade. That will be the next best thing.
