LgA 755 Motherboard

Hi,

I am looking for a motherboard for this CPU Intel® Pentium® Processor E2140. The motherboard would need to support the current gpu i have which fits into this board,

i also have a sound card and 2gb ddr2 of ram. Having an ide socket would be ideal as my dvd is ide.
My budget is relativitely low, as i have all the other components and i only need a motherboard as my old one got fried by lighting

I used this to replace a XFX 680i with a blown southbridge. It works and is DDR3 so you can get a little more punch.
