Low profile video power load

we have a h320 lenova desktop i5 with intel HD, 180w ps, want to upgrade the video, is a 6450 ddr5 512mb the best i can do?, looks like can only go around 35w power on load.

Before you do anything you might want to think about upgrading that power supply. It is going to severly restrict what you can upgrade to on the video card.

yeah, might be tough its a lenova slim , and that stuff is usually propriatory.

looks like i could run a 5570 or maybe a 5670 with psu, are 6570 and 6670 more efficient even?

nah it comes with a geforce 310 as an option , and the 6450 uses same as geforce 310, just wondering i can sneak in a 5570-5670 or 6570-6670

Power Supply:

You need to keep TWO things in mind:

1)overall Wattage (find an online calculator)
2) Amps required by the Graphics card (the +12V rail or rails must supply this amount. I recommend at least 1.25x the value of the graphics card requirement to be safe.)
