Ksuser.dll service pack 3 CD is needed

Hello,
I accidentally uninstalled my realtek high definition audio, and I downloaded it but when I tried installing, i got a pop-up message that stated the above.

by the time I got back on here, i did go to the microsoft.com and downloaded the service pack 3 for techs and developers. after that got installed, I then installed the Realtek again, and it works like a dream now. Thank you so much for your advice.
