Generally good but with small improvements it will be great!

Get this case, that comes with USB III in front panel

NZXT Source 210 Elite White Steel with painted interior ATX Mid Tower Computer Case w/ Black Front Trim
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Get an AM3+ motherboard with 8x / 8x Crossfire support. This seems ideal!

ASRock 870 Extreme3 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

A good 650W PSU can hold two 6850s, so get one with 4 6-pin connectors.

XFX Core Edition PRO650W (P1-650S-NLB9) 650W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Get 1600 MHz memory

PNY XLR8 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model MD8192KD3-1600-X9
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Get Phenom II X4 955. It's the same CPU with 965, just raise the multiplier ;)

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX

And with the saving step to a 6850

XFX HD-685X-ZCFC Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

I'd suggest a less expensive PSU (Say a corsair CX 500W or Antec Neo Eco 520W) and get a GTX 560 or HD 6870. SWTOR will want those cards maxxed out on 1920x1080.
