So I have an old laptop (dv4275nr) with this motherboard:

Motherboard Name Hewlett-Packard Pavilion dv4000 (EH474UA#ABA)

That Motherboard uses an old single core Intel® Pentium® M Processor 740, that uses the Socket M, or "H-PBGA479, PPGA478":

So, my question is: Would I be able to use this dual core T7500 that appears to use socket PBGA479 & PPGA478?:

The best answer that I can give is to call HP. Even if the CPU can fit into the socket, the laptop's BIOS may not recognize it; which means it will not even boot up.

Thank you for your time, and I will, but if anyone else has some more info, I'd appreciate it.
